New Delhi: IndianOil has won major recognitions at the SCOPE Eminence Awards 2022-23, held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on 29thAugust, 2025. The awards were presented by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, in the presence of leaders from across Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs).
IndianOil received three Corporate Excellence Awards in the categories of Environment Excellence & Sustainable Development, Women Empowerment, and Global Outreach. The awards were received on behalf of the Corporation by Mr. A. S. Sahney, Chairman, IndianOil, and Ms. Rashmi Govil, Director (HR).
Two senior women executives of IndianOil were recognised in the individual categories. Ms. Geetika Verma, Chief General Manager & State Head, IndianOil Kerala State Office, was conferred the Outstanding Women Leadership Award, while Ms. Mamoni Basumatary, General Manager (Technical), IndianOil Refineries Headquarters, received the Outstanding Women Leadership Award (Commendation).
The Individual Leadership Excellence Award (Miniratna I & II PSEs) was presented to Mr. Arvind Kumar, Director (Refineries) with additional charge of Director (Pipelines), for his performance and leadership during his tenure as Managing Director of CPCL. In addition, Mr. Shrikant Madhav Vaidya, Former Chairman, IndianOil, received the Individual Leadership Excellence Award (Commendation) in the Maharatna&Navratna PSEs category.
These awards highlight IndianOil’s work in the areas of sustainability, inclusivity, global reach, and leadership, reaffirming the Corporation’s role as India’s leading energy company and its continued contribution to nation-building.
